We aim to collect information relevant to providing our services and operating our website. 3. The 4Rs Self-Leadership Assessment
Aligned Leaders Academy offers a 12-statement assessment based on our four-part self-leadership framework: RESET — Pause. Restore. Reconnect. REFRAME — Shift Your Perspective. RECLAIM — Reconnect With Your Strengths and Purpose. RISE — Move Forward in Alignment. The assessment is delivered using Tally, a third-party online form service. Your responses are used to calculate scores for the four areas and display a personalized Self-Leadership Snapshot. The assessment results are shown before the final submission step. Participants may save or screenshot their results for personal reference. If you submit the form, your responses and associated assessment data are processed and stored through Tally according to its service arrangements and applicable privacy practices. If you leave the assessment before submitting, your responses may not appear as a completed submission in our account. This does not necessarily mean that no technical or temporary processing has occurred. Providing your name or email address is optional and is not required to view your assessment results. The assessment is intended for educational self-reflection and personal development. It is not a clinical evaluation, diagnostic instrument, or scientifically validated psychological assessment. We do not use assessment responses for independent research or unrelated marketing profiling without an appropriate basis and additional notice where required.
